To participate in Cross Country, the three forms/paperwork below must be completed and turned in prior to the first day of practice:
- Physical Form (must be filled out by a doctor). Physicals are good for one calendar year.
- Blue Card -- Emergency Contact information
- Athletic Handbook (please read thoroughly, parents and students.
