The 5th annual middle school staff team building day is scheduled for Sunday, August 25th. We will depart from the middle school parking lot at 6:45 am to climb Sheep Mountain (elevation 12,369 ft). We will carpool up to the upper runaway truck ramp on Wolf Creek Pass. The hike is approximately 4 miles round trip with lots of elevation gain and no trail. It will be exhilarating! Let get in shape over the summer and culminate our fitness efforts by climbing a peak together to kick the school year off right. This is a difficult hike, backcountry hike, and we will likely see Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep. Please feel free to bring family members that are up to the challenge! Go Pirates!
