Summer Break - Pagosa Springs Middle School is Closed for the Summer

PSMS will be closed for the summer until August 8th at 8:00 AM.
Starting August 8th office hours will be Monday -Thursday 8:00 -3:00 and Fridays 8:00 -1:00.
We can be contacting during those hours at 970-264-2794.
To sign up for the Jump Start Program during the summer off hours, please call the district office at 970-264-2228 Ext. 0.

Jumpstart Summer Program

Pagosa Springs Middle School staff will be offering another opportunity for students to learn with the Jumpstart Summer Program, from August 15 through August 26. Hours will be 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. Students will choose to either engage in learning through the performing arts or through an interdisciplinary project. The Jumpstart Program is designed to be highly engaging, hands-on and often outside. It is a great way to kick off the school year and develop academic and social skills. Please contact the middle school office (970-264-2794) by June 10 or the administration office (970-264-2228) over the summer to sign up.

Our Middle School won the inaugural 2015 Governor’s Award for Healthy Schools competing with 43 other schools for this honor. In 2016, our Elementary School also won a healthy award grant. Our Special Talents teacher, Mary Kurt-Mason was named in People Magazine as “Teacher of the Year”.
