Staff Meeting / Grade Level PLC Meetings

Please join our virtual staff meeting at 10:30 am on Friday (moved back to accommodate our online student orientations...........really this time;)  Following our staff meeting, please meet as grade-level PLC teams.  Please use this for a starter agenda for your meetings. Thank you all for developing agendas and take notes that are share with Myron or Debra, Josh, and I.  

Staff Meeting Agenda:

• Caution - gathering together of staff members/know & follow the health guidelines closely
• Master Schedule Update - the committee has narrowed it down to three modified block schedules - researching and creating a rough draft for staff input.
• John Hattie - books are arriving daily - start book study second semester.  
• End of quarter & semester
• Second Semester Focus:  Create Hope & Positive School Culture - clear goal-setting (.48), hard work, coaching, feedback(.70), and teacher-student relationships (.52).  Embed this personalized work into the Schoology student portfolio in a creative and inspiring way in preparation for parent-teacher conferences in a month (March 1-3).
