Please convene in the library at 1:45 pm for a short staff meeting followed by departmental PLC meetings.  

Staff Meeting Agenda:

• Kudos Moments
• QII - Looking Ahead
• Discovery implementation update - observations/feedback
• District-wide Departmental PLC meetings - Sept. 20, Oct. 18, Jan. 10, Feb. 7, and April 25
• PBIS committee update
• Reminder:  complete self-assessment and professional goals by Friday, Sept. 20th

• Set norms and divvy up responsibilities/roles - note taker, agenda developer, timekeeper, etc.   
• Schedule out important departmental work for the year. For example, ongoing curriculum training (virtual), unit assessment protocols, curriculum mapping, etc.
