Thanks to the Colorado voters, all meals served at school are free starting this year. Federal dollars pay for students who qualify for Free & Reduced meals based on income and Colorado tax dollars make up the difference. For this reason, it is important that we continue to have families complete a Free & Reduced Meal Form. In addition to meal reimbursement, our school district has a number of programs that qualify for federal dollars based on the percentage of families that qualify for Free & Reduced meals. This includes money for Title I teachers, technology, and at-risk student programming. Thank you for taking the time to fill out this form. It results in well over a million dollars of federal funding coming to our local schools.
