Tdap Shot Required for all 6th Graders
All incoming 6th graders are required to have the Tdap (tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis) booster shot by the first day of school, September 3, 2019.

If you would rather sign an exemption to decline this shot, please do so before the first day of school. Exemption forms will be in the front office at the school.
