Bio
Growing up, Pagosa Springs was home away from home for Ms. Weiland. Moving to the area in 2017, she immediately partnered with Archuleta School District as a Substitute Teacher and later hired as a Paraprofessional at Pagosa Springs Middle School. Excited to discover a passion in education, she began her teaching residency through Colorado’s alternative licensing program, PEBC. In 2019, Ms. Weiland completed the PEBC program as a Teacher of Record, simultaneously teaching her first year of 5th and 6th grade English Language Arts. Fast forward five years and Ms. Weiland is happily completing her third year as the 6th grade Math and Reading Enrichment teacher.
