Bio
Ms. Gurule grew up in Fort Lupton, Colorado. Since Ms. Gurule was in kindergarten, she wanted to be a teacher. Ms. Gurule was always advocating for students and after some persuading and exposure to other roles in a small rural school district, Ms. Gurule then decided to get her Masters in Educational Leadership. Ms. Gurule is very excited to move to Pagosa Springs to be the new Assistant Principal at the Middle School.
Ms. Gurule loves to spend time with her family! She spends lots of time with her nieces and great nieces! She loves spoiling them and sharing new experiences with them. Ms. Gurule’s son taught her to snowboard after he learned in the fifth grade. She loves to read and listen to audiobooks, hike, hunt, snowboard, kayak, bake, walk, swim, camp, travel, yoga, zumba, and much more, and is always trying new things.
