Bio
Jeb Holt is a dedicated educator with a commitment to equity, excellence and innovation in public schools. Over his 25 year career, he has taught in post-Apartheid Namibia, on the Zuni and Navajo Nations, and Durango, Colorado. He has also supported teachers and building leaders at the district and regional levels in Southwest Colorado, Jeffco Public Schools and Denver Public Schools. He has also worked as an Assistant Principal at REACH Charter School in Denver and a Principal at Colorado Early Colleges Middle School in Fort Collins. These wide ranging experiences have provided him with a strong commitment to providing our students with the skills necessary to live lives of opportunity. Jeb was born in Farmington, NM, grew up in Berkeley, CA and has lived in Colorado for over 20 years. During his free time he enjoys mountain biking, cycling, camping, paddleboarding, trail running and playing tennis. He is the proud father of a daughter who is a junior at The University of Denver, one son who is a freshman at Metropolitan State University of Denver, and a son who is a senior at Animas High School in Durango.
